人没有绝对的自由，就像高飞的风筝需要线的牵引、嬉戏的鱼儿离不开水的滋养，我们也应该时刻遵守校规校纪。无规矩，何以成方圆?
我们的校园清新淡雅，书香弥漫、花香萦回，正是理想的学习场所。同学们，当你轻踏在洁静的地板、静坐在明朗的教室里、穿行于鸟语花香间，你是否感到无比的快乐、舒适呢?如何保持这优美的学习环境?遵守校规显得犹为重要。我们只有按照它来严格地规范自己的行为，才能保持良好的环境，让我们学习得更舒适。
如今，我们正处于习惯养成的最佳时期，也正是提高我们自身素质的黄金阶段。养成了良好的习惯。具备了良好的素质，不仅现在对我们有巨大的意义，今后它更是一笔让我们受用终生的财富。将来我们面向社会，不仅需要出色的学业，更应该具备良好的素质和较高的修养。我们的素质和修养从何体现?我们的人格魅力从何而来?它就从我们的一举手一投足中表现得淋漓尽致。
中国是一个有着五千年历史的文明古国，中华民族素来是一个温文尔雅，落落大方，谦恭礼让的文明礼仪之邦。华夏儿女的举手投足、音容笑貌，无不体现一个人的气质与素养。在这方面，大家做的已经非常好了，但我们也不无遗憾的发现，校园中仍存在着一些不好的现象，让我们来反思一下自己吧:吃完饭后，你有没有轻轻的将餐盒放到合适的位置，还是自以为潇洒地随手一扔?见到老师，你有没有恭恭敬敬地问一声好，还是装作没有看见悄悄地走开?看到了校园里的垃圾，你有没有弯弯腰捡起来，还是若无其事地走开?对于校规校纪，你有没有认真遵守，还是置若罔闻?
我们到学校的最终目的不止是学习知识，更重要的是学会做人。如何做人?校规就是我们行为的准绳。学习“礼仪”，要以校规、校纪为准绳，用《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》和礼仪常识等对自己的言行进行礼仪约束。重在提高思想认识，提高对养成文明礼貌的良好形象重要性的认识，自觉地规范自己的言行，并逐步养成良好的行为习惯。以学会尊重他人为起点。“礼仪”从话中来，话从心中来，只有从内心尊重人，才会有得体的礼仪言行。
有这样一则故事:有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说:“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。这不正是良好文明礼仪的体现么?
同学们，礼仪，是立身之本!人生活在社会里，注重仪表形象，养成文明习惯，掌握交往礼仪，融洽人际关系，这是我们每一个人一生中必修的一门课程。作为一个有理想、有追求的现代人，注重礼仪的自我修养，在学习和运用礼仪中，在仪容、表情、举止、服饰、谈吐和待人接物等方面，展现出个人的教养，并在社会交往中，有所为，有所不为，自觉地运用礼仪规范，方算知书达礼，方称得上是一个有教养的人。在此，我向各位同学提出以下建议:
在校内，严格遵守校规校纪，不带手机等违禁物品，衣着朴素得体，不戴首饰不化妆，爱护校园环境，尊敬师长，团结同学，礼貌待人;在校外，遵守交通规则，爱护公共财物，不随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾，举止文明，处事得体，展现正中学子的文采。
